I'm Dana and I am an Affiliate Broker for Evans and Evans Real Estate.
I'm here to tell you the home buying and selling journey doesn't have to be complicated. I have an extensive background in all things home that enables me to make the process seamless and easy.
In one way or another I have had a connection to real estate from being an Escrow Officer to C-15 Flooring Contractor, to my public service career with the Assessor's Office as a property transfer examiner and trust administration, to the Public Guardian's Office managing real property of conservatees.
I'm a firm believer that everyone has a story.
Because of my background, becoming a realtor just made sense. I already know the ins and outs of the home buying and selling process and I love genuinely connecting with people and helping them with such an important stage in their lives.
My real estate journey has allowed me to have a creative outlet of interior design and remodeling which greatly benefits my clients whether they are buying or selling.

In my spare time you can find me painting, golfing, playing tennis, and gardening. Some things I'm known for saying are "Keep it moving forward", "You have got this", and "God is with me every step of the way."
