Project Milton "Little Gem"

This 1940’s California Bungalow located in downtown Campbell was dramatically changed from a weathered rental to a charming home in a great location. With lots of natural light and spacious rooms this home was freshened up ‘head to toe’ with the simplicity of white paint and a new coat of finish applied to the custom hardwood floors. The bathroom was updated with a new vanity, fixtures, and luxury vinyl flooring. Custom
shutters were added to the exterior with a fresh coat of paint and lastly landscaped with softscapes of sod, mulch, flowers, and foliage to highlight this ‘Little Gem’s’ over-sized lot.

Marilee Way "Stay a While"

This house was transformed into an executive rental -- installing new window treatments, appliances, furnishings, and everything else that makes a house a home. ‘Come Sit and Stay a While’.

Project Lynnwood "Ready for Change"

This 1950’s Tennessee brick ranch had sweet potential and was in need of a refresh. The original hardwood floors were refinished with a hard wax oil finish, new baseboards were installed, and a coat of crisp white paint was applied throughout the home. The compact kitchen needed to be brightened up a bit. Cabinets that flanked the small window were removed and replaced with stained floating shelves, an island shelf topped with a 100-year-old cutting board was installed to add functionality and charm, and to maximize storage and efficiency a large new pantry in the breezeway was installed. The interior was completed by installing floor- to-ceiling sheer window treatments to showcase the homes natural light and an eclectic addition of both new and vintage furnishings and textiles showcasing a new Tennessee life.

Lynnwood Exterior "Grace Upon Grace"

Charming hardscape was the vision for this exterior project. It was planned out in minutes on a paper napkin in a game of play. Outside the home, a pergola shades a space for a relaxing outdoor living and entertainment area. A long walkway invites you to the back of the  property graced with a ‘La Petite Maison’ cottage that overlooks an outdoor dining space graced under Edison lights, raised vegetable beds and a custom chicken run. A unique and beautiful space where one can relax, unwind, or create and recharge.
